Lillian Ogbogoh is a passionate champion for women to step up and own their power.

After a successful career in the corporate world Lillian found herself looking for ways to dismantle the barriers that continued to limit women from succeeding. Now, as founder and host of ‘The Shine Out Loud Show’, a podcast with a focus on creatives, founders, and CEO’s from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, she shines a light on their work and the impact they are making in the UK and across the globe.
